3. The supporting details in this artical is "We are only evacuating areas subject to a storm surge,"Ed Emmett and the county's chief executive officer said. "Yes, we know you will lose electricity. But you're not in danger of losing your life, so stay put." Even though almost all of the people left town 4 million remain.
