3. You can choose to post the comment with your Gmail username. Check Email follow-up comments to your Gmail account. When the instructor replies to your comment, you’ll receive a notification in your Gmail account.

1. Login to Blogger.com with your Gmail username and password.
2. In dashboard, Click Template, Add a page element, and then click “Add to Blog” button below Link List.
3. In Title, type “My favorite links”. Copy the URL of the instructor’s blog and then paste it into “New Site URL” window.
4. Type instructor blog in New site Name field. Click Add Link. You can continue to add more links. After you finish, click “Save Changes”.
5. Click View Blog to see the links on your e-portfolio.

4. Highlight “Click here” and then click “Link” button.
5. Type the link of CNN news web site (http://www.cnn.com).
6. Click Publish Post and view blog to see the result.

1. Find the video clip that you are planning to insert in your blog.
2. Click the text field next to “Embed”. Right click to highlight the code and then choose “Copy” to copy the codes.
3. Login to your blog with Gmail username and password.
4. In dashboard, click new Post to create a new article.
5. Click Edit HTML.
6. Right click in the message box and chose “Paste” to paste the codes.
7. Click Publish Post and view blog to see the result.

3. Click Add image button.
4. Click Browse and locate the image file in your computer. You can specify the image size.
5. If you choose to add an image from other web sites, click “Learn more” about the copyright issue of using web images before you add images you found on the Internet.

2. Click “Customize”.
3. Click “Posting”, and then click “Edit Posts” to see your previous postings.
4. Click “Edit” to edit the content.
5. After you finish editing, click “Publish Post” to refresh the content online.

1. You need a Gmail username in order to establish a blog. If you do not have a Gmail account, link to www.gmail.com. Click “Sign up for Gmail” and then complete the application.
2. After your gmail account is created, link to www.blogger.com.
3. Log in to blogger.com with your gmail username and password.
4. Type a display name of your blog. For example, Sean. Accept the terms of service.
5. Type the title of your blog. For example, Sean language portfolio.
6. Find a unique URL for your blog. URL is the unique online address of your blog. It has to be one word, no space.
7. Choose a template for your blog. You can change to another template later.
8. Click Start Posting to post the first article on your blog.
9. When you post an article, you need to input the title and the message body. When you finish editing, click “Publish Post” to publish the article online.
10. Click view blog to view the final output.
